Mangawhai Macrocarapa House

Bespoke 110sqm macrocarpa and corugate new build nestled in the hills just out on Mangawhai. This truely bespoke build was completed early 2024. With three bedrooms, ensuite and a shared bath, with the focus of the house being the custom kitchen and lounge areas. Timber elements are present throughout the house making it a cosy, warm and tranquil escape for the owners.

Sandspit Board and Batten Build

Sitting In Sandspit is this tribute to black. At 160sqm it is a comfortable home for the clients to retire to. The exterior is a combintation of black joinery and euroclad board and batten system. The interior consists of 3 large bedrooms off the hallway all leading back to the large kitchen, dining and lounge which is complemented with scissor trussses and grooved mdf panels to provide the ultimate living area.

Nautical Northcote New Build

This stunning two story 250sqm weatherboard and cedar house was built in Aucklands Northcote Point.
